Housing the Belmont University College of Law, the Randall & Sadie Baskin Center contains more than a dozen classrooms, a 21st Century trial courtroom, an appellate courtroom, a two-story law library, and more than 20 faculty offices. It is a 71,000-square-foot building with a 5-story underground parking garage. The key feature of the three-story brick and limestone edifice building is the 80-foot-high rotunda with high-end millwork underneath a copper dome. TTL performed a geotechnical exploration and construction materials testing for this LEED Gold project.
