TTL collected various surface water samples from Leon Creek for the City of San Antonio (COSA). The creek is located near a former landfill. The Leon Creek watershed is located in northern Bexar County and is an urbanizing watershed with on-going development occurring in currently forested and low-density urban areas. TTL’s services aided COSA in learning how water quality is impacted by changes in land cover from forested areas to areas of urban development.
