TTL performed construction materials testing services for this $100 million project including periodic and continuous inspection during soils (site grading) work, monitoring of concrete placements, curing operations and sampling of fresh concrete. The completed project included the relocation of the plant to higher ground and the construction of a new force main, which were intended to keep sewage from leaking into the Withlacoochee River.
