TTL provided a start-to-finish approach for this $585 million project and worked with the owners during acquisition of the property, performed asbestos explorations, provided environmental remediation and removal of underground storage tanks (USTs), executed a geotechnical exploration, and conducted the construction materials testing. This project totaled 2.1 million square feet, which included 1.2 million square feet of public space and a 900,000-square-foot garage.
