A message from TTL about COVID-19
To our valued business partners from your friends at TTL,
We hope you and your loved ones are safe and in good health! Like you, TTL has implemented operational guidelines to keep our employees and your employees safe from the COVID-19 virus. This includes practicing good and routine personal hygiene, allowing staff, as applicable, to work from home, limiting contact with people by suspending meetings in our office and at client offices, and suspending any attendance at events with large crowds.
We want you to know that TTL is fully operational, and your TTL Team is focused and working on your projects. While the COVID-19 pandemic has surely interrupted all of our businesses, the services that we provide for you do not require that “face-to-face” meeting with you or your Team to get it completed; conference calls, telephone calls, emails, or texts can be used. Once the COVID-19 crisis subsides, and it will, we’ll resume operations that will continue “face-to-face” meetings, as we value that business and social relationship that we have with you.
We understand that you may have implemented similar operational changes to safeguard against the COVID-19 virus, including being away from the office. To be proactive, we have asked our TTL Team to reach out to your Team to make sure we continue communication with you and to minimize disruption to your project schedules and our deliverables.
TTL will be there for you as we have been for the past 56 years. Your ongoing support and confidence in our firm is greatly appreciated. We value our relationship with you!
Hopefully this situation will be behind us very soon!
