Companies, like life, are filled with change. Some managers may try and resist it, but Lance meets evolution at TTL with caution and optimistic restraint – the hallmarks of any qualified accountant. Alabama born and bred; Lance’s career began following his graduation from the University of Alabama. While his first job took him to Birmingham, TTL brought him home where, since 2005, he has helped steer TTL’s growth from a firm of 150 employees to now more than 450 across 14 offices in four states. A father of four and devout fan of the Atlanta Braves, his fiscal insights have fostered TTL’s expansion into major metropolitan markets including Nashville and San Antonio. And, with each step, Lance’s Southern ties served to guide those moves – and each move to come – both ethically and conservatively.
