Mike began his work in the engineering field as a surveying crew. Before joining TTL, he served as deputy director of the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). In a career spanning more than three decades, he built a background in program development and quality assurance with an unblemished history of managing projects from initial conception to final implementation. Career highlights include projects to accommodate Atlanta’s hosting of the 1996 Olympic Games and establishing concepts, policies, and procedures for a statewide transportation improvement program that began with no funding and grew to more than $1.8 billion. While that may have been enough for some, Mike’s work toward building a better community isn’t finished. After retiring from GDOT, Mike joined TTL where he uses skills in strategic planning, budget controls, and problem resolution to meet the needs of clients in and around Metro Atlanta.
