Patrick specializes in the safe capping of older landfills and opening new ones under Subtitle D regulations, a role he found himself at the forefront of years ago and now is considered a leader in the field. He started his career as a field technician testing soils and materials across Georgia. Today, after a successful 30-year career in construction and geotechnical services in Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee, he oversees the Construction Services Business Unit and projects ranging from quality control and quality assurance for construction to designing plans for erosion control and special inspections. When he’s not managing projects, he’s sharing the knowledge he’s gathered through decades of experience with younger engineers; truly building a legacy.
