Before joining TTL in 2014, Cindy spent 38 years with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers beginning in the Regulatory Division in Mobile and retiring as division chief for the Corps’ Regulatory National Headquarters. Cindy developed nationwide permit standards as the Mobile District Regulatory Division Chief and opened the first USACE regulatory field office in Birmingham as Section Chief/Branch Chief. Now, her decades of experience and connections help TTL clients clear local, state, and federal hurdles, allowing their projects to proceed successfully. Through her background, she has built a network of resources she calls on for guidance that allow her to stay ahead of regulatory changes so she can help keep clients in compliance and navigate the permitting process. She values the importance of doing what’s best for the environment and the regulated public as she has helped property owners and investors develop projects, recover from natural disasters, and launch mining operations.
