Jim, the son of lifelong educators, began his career with the US Navy straight out of high school. Some 20 years later, and with the rank of Lieutenant Commander, he left the service to launch his second career in human resources. Upon joining TTL in 2008, Jim deployed the skills he acquired in the military to help both new and current employees alike clear the assortment of workplace hurdles that can arise with each new day. With patience and precision, Jim helps find the proper work-life integration for our team while seeing that they’re properly protected on the job and in the field. And when he’s not getting his hands dirty with the farm life he’s built at home, he’s helping dedicated employees solve whatever new problem they may face.
